What we collect
Your name, email, optional business name and message, the type of help you choose, the website domain, page, or campaign where you started, and a timestamped record of your consent. Please do not submit sensitive personal, employee, or customer records.
Why we use it
We store your request so our team can review it and respond. Workshop interest is used to plan sessions and follow up about your interest; it is not a booking. Optional marketing permission is recorded separately. Declining it does not affect your inquiry. We do not sell your information.
Where it goes
The site and inquiry database run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare also provides the Turnstile security check, which processes technical browser and network information to prevent abuse. Access to submitted information is restricted to our authorized operators. We do not display submissions publicly.
Retention and security
We review inquiry records at least annually and remove information that is no longer needed. Records needed for an ongoing engagement may be retained for that relationship and applicable obligations. Technical rate-limit records expire within two hours and are periodically removed. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional marketing consent, use our contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before changing records. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent a response to a request you make.
Email and analytics
At launch, requests are stored in our database; immediate email delivery is not promised. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Cloudflare provides aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement. A browser-session value remembers the city and campaign as you navigate so your inquiry reaches us with the right context. It does not contain the information you type into the form. We will update this notice if our processing changes. Your email may be used to follow up on the request you authorize.
